This policy explains what the RedLips Android app (package com.erroatech.redlips) and the
website redlips.live collect, why, who it is shared with, and how you can
delete it. RedLips is operated by Erroa Technology Pvt Ltd, India.
1. Who is responsible
Erroa Technology Pvt Ltd is responsible for your data. For any privacy request write to support@redlips.live.
2. What we collect
All accounts

Listeners only

3. Camera, microphone and screen
The camera and microphone are used only during a call you start or accept, and for the listener face check and intro video. The app blocks screenshots and screen recording on sensitive screens. You can revoke permissions any time in Android settings, but calls will then not work.
4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. Users never see a listener's phone number, real name, address or bank details, and listeners never see a user's phone number.
5. Where and how long
Data is stored on our servers in a commercial data centre. Account data is kept while your account exists. Call recordings and moderation logs are kept only as long as needed for safety review and disputes. Financial records (recharges, withdrawals, tax deductions) are kept as required by Indian tax and payment law.
6. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Admin tools are access controlled and payment and API secrets are stored outside the public website. No system is 100% secure, so never share your OTP with anyone.
7. Your rights and deleting your data
You can delete your account yourself in the app from Account → Delete account. Details are on the Account Deletion page. You can also ask for a copy or correction of your data by writing to support@redlips.live with your registered mobile number.
8. Children
RedLips is strictly 18+. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. See our Child Safety Standards.
9. Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
