These standards apply to the RedLips Android app (package com.erroatech.redlips)
published by Erroa Technology Pvt Ltd. They describe how we prohibit and respond to Child Sexual
Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

2. What we prohibit
- Any sexualised image, video, call or text involving a real or depicted person under 18.
- Grooming, soliciting or trying to meet a minor for sexual purposes.
- Sharing, requesting or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Sexual extortion, trafficking or any other exploitation of a child.
- Creating an account if you are under 18, or pretending to be 18 when you are not.
3. Age restriction and verification
RedLips is 18+. Every listener passes a live face check and an intro-video review by our team before they can receive calls. If we learn a user or listener is under 18, we delete the account without notice.

We aim to review Child Safety reports within 24 hours. Law-enforcement requests can be sent to the same address.
5. How to report
- In the app: open RedLips Helpline from your Account screen and describe what happened.
- By email: write to support@redlips.live with the display name and what you saw. Do not attach suspected CSAM.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local police first (in India dial 112, or the Childline at 1098).
6. How we respond
- We remove CSAE content as soon as we become aware of it and permanently ban the account.
- We preserve relevant records to assist law enforcement.
- We report CSAE to the appropriate authorities as required by law, including the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) in India and NCMEC where applicable.
- Banned accounts and their wallet balance are not restored.
7. Changes
We may update these standards; the date above will change. The current version is always at this URL.
