RedLips is for respectful conversation between adults. These rules apply to calls, chats, gifts and profiles. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Breaking these rules can lead to a warning, suspension or permanent ban, without refund of wallet balance.
Not a dating or companionship service. Flirting or romance for money, sexual talk,
asking to meet in person, and exchanging contact details are not allowed. Listeners are paid for talk time only and
are banned if they offer or accept anything else.
Everyone
- 18+ only. Zero tolerance for any sexual content involving minors. See Child Safety Standards.
- No nudity, sexual acts or sexual requests on video or chat.
- No hate speech, caste or religious abuse, threats, stalking, blackmail or bullying.
- Do not share or ask for phone numbers, social media handles, addresses or payment details.
- No scams, fake recharge offers, or asking for money outside the app.
- Do not record, screenshot or share another person's call or photos.
Listeners
- Use only your own face, voice and photos. Impersonation is banned.
- Your face must be clearly visible during video calls.
- Do not deliberately drag out calls, ignore users, or ask for gifts in a pushy way.
- Missing many calls in a row while online may lead to a penalty. Go offline when you are not available.
Users
- Treat listeners with respect. Listeners can block you at any time.
- If a listener blocks you, do not create another account to contact them.
Moderation
- Chats, comments and profiles are filtered automatically. Abusive words are masked and phone numbers and emails are hidden.
- Report a person from their profile, a chat or the flag button in a call. Long-press a chat message to report it.
- Block anyone at any time. Delete your own messages or remove any message from your chat with a long-press.
- Every report is reviewed within 24 hours. We remove the content and ban the account that posted it.
- Calls may be recorded and chats reviewed when needed for safety.
