This page explains how users and listeners of the RedLips app (package com.erroatech.redlips) can delete
their account and data.
1. Delete in the app
- Open RedLips and go to Account (tap your photo on the home screen).
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Deletion starts immediately and you are signed out.
This works the same for users and listeners. End any ongoing call before deleting.
2. Delete without the app
If you cannot open the app, email support@redlips.live with the subject "Delete my RedLips account" and your registered mobile number. We verify the request and delete the account within 7 days.
3. What is deleted
- Mobile number, display name, real name, profile photo, country and login session.
- Listener verification video, intro audio, bio, address, bank and UPI details.
- Chats, helpline messages, follows, blocks and profile-change requests.
- Wallet balance. Remaining balance is cleared and is not refunded or paid out.
4. What we may keep
We may keep limited recharge, call-billing, gift and withdrawal records, without your name or phone number, for as long as Indian tax, payment and fraud-prevention law requires. Call recordings linked to an open safety report may be kept until that report is closed. Pending listener withdrawals are cancelled.
5. After deletion
Deletion cannot be undone. You can register again with the same number, but you get a new empty account.
